Artworks Banner Festival
Fifth annual outdoor visual arts festival of flags and banners made by schools, community groups and artists.

 

Venues: Barnard Castle and the grounds of Eggleston Hall, Raby Castle and The Bowes Museum.
Free: Banners freely visible from roadside.
